Use the batch update reports to refresh identity data for multiple customers or vendors in one operation. This is useful for periodic data validation or when you first set up VisionIdentity.

Note

You must first set up the integration on the Identity Integration Setup page. To learn more, go to Setting up Identity Integration.

To update customers from the registers

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Update Customer from CVR/CPR register, then choose the related link.
  2. On the request page, set filters on the Customer tab to select which customers to update. You can filter by No. or CVR/CPR Last Checked to target specific records.
  3. On the Options tab, configure:
    • Use CPR: Turn on to include CPR register lookups.
    • Use CVR: Turn on to include CVR register lookups.
    • Check EU VIES: Turn on to validate VAT Registration Numbers against the EU VIES service during CVR lookups. The default value matches your Identity Integration Setup.
    • Commit Interval (s): For large batch updates, enter an interval in seconds between data commits. Enter 0 for no intermediate commits.
  4. Choose OK to run the update.
  5. When the update completes, a summary shows the results: how many records were updated directly, how many were placed in the journal, how many were not found, and how many had no changes.
  6. If records were placed in the journal, you are prompted to open the Identity Change Journal to review them.

To update vendors from the registers

  1. Choose the Search icon, enter Update Vendor from CVR/CPR register, then choose the related link.
  2. Follow the same steps as for customers.

Tip

Use the Commit Interval option when updating a large number of records. This prevents the system from holding all changes in memory and reduces the risk of timeouts.
