Before you can use VisionIdentity to validate customer and vendor data, you need to configure the integration settings. This is typically a one-time setup performed by an administrator.
To open the setup page, choose the Search icon, enter Identity Integration Setup, then choose the related link.
General FastTab
The General FastTab controls when CPR and CVR data is fetched automatically and how changes are applied. Each of the trigger fields — Update on Change, Update on Document Creation, Update on Reminder Creation, and Auto Accept Updates — uses identity filters to determine which records are included. The number shown on each field indicates how many filter lines are defined. To learn more about configuring these filters, go to Set up identity filters.
CPR
These settings control when person data is fetched from the CPR register and how changes are applied.

| Ignore Customer CPR Duplicates | Suppresses the duplicate warning when the same CPR number already exists on another customer. |
| Ignore Vendor CPR Duplicates | Suppresses the duplicate warning when the same CPR number already exists on another vendor. |
| Age Calculation Date | Controls which date is used when calculating a person's age from their CPR number. Choose Document Date, Posting Date, or Today. |
| Guardian Mailing Group Code | The mailing group code assigned to guardians fetched from CPR for customers under 18 years of age. |
CVR
These settings control when company data is fetched from the CVR register.

Invalid Address Check FastTab
These settings let you detect customers with addresses marked as invalid in the CPR register.

Invalid Address Filter
Enter filter values to identify which address entries from the CPR register should count as invalid. Leave blank to use the default behavior.
CPR Integration FastTab
Configure the connection to the Danish CPR (Central Person Register).

| Update Contact Ind. Group | When turned on, the Contact Industry Group in the CRM module is updated when fetching CVR data. |
