The Identity Query Log provides a complete audit trail of all CPR and CVR queries performed by the system. Use this page to track which records were queried, when, by whom, and what the result was.
To view the query log
- Choose the Search icon, enter Identity Query Log, then choose the related link.
- The log shows all queries in descending order (most recent first).
- To navigate to the related customer, vendor, or employee record, select a line and choose the Show Record action.
Understanding the log fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Query Type | Whether this was a CPR (person) or CVR (company) lookup. |
| CPR/CVR Number | The CPR or CVR number that was sent to the register service. |
| Record Id | The Business Central record (customer, vendor, or contact) related to this query. |
| Query Reason | Why the query was executed — for example, User Action, New Document, or Field Value Entry. |
| Query Response | The result of the query — for example, Updated OK, Not Found, Journal OK, or Not Changed. |
| VIES Queried | Whether the EU VIES service was queried as part of this lookup. |
| Executed at | The date and time when the query was performed. |
| Executed by | The user who performed the query. |
