The VisionScan Setup page holds the central configuration for the extension. You configure it once when you install VisionScan, and revisit it when you add a new area such as project usage or location transfers. The page is organized into groups that match the app's areas: general product search, sales, purchase, jobs, locations, and the integration with the VisionScan website.
Publish the web service
Before the app can reach Business Central, you must publish the web service the VisionScan website calls.
- Choose the Search icon, enter VisionScan Setup, then choose the related link.
- Choose the Setup Web Service action. This publishes a tenant web service named
VisionScan.
Re-running the action after an upgrade is safe.
Tip
Choose the What's New action on the setup page at any time to open the changelog and see recent updates and new features.
